Macabro is the first genre film festival in Mexico and the second founded in Latin America. For ten-eleven days in August, the festival brings to Mexico City a celebration of horror films in a succesful event that involves media, social and film industry through film exhibitions, Q&A sessions with guests, master classes, music, retrospectives, hommages, parties with filmmakers and audience, music and trips to cool and turistic venues in the City. Macabro reaches about 40,000 people in live venues and more than a million on social network.
